• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel any orders if the materials needed to create the dress are unavailable from our suppliers. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.
• Payment Methods: We accept Mada, Visa, Apple Pay, and STC Pay for all transactions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Partner: We ship all orders via Aramex, and shipping costs are calculated based on their policies.
• Delivery Time: For ready-made dresses, delivery takes 2-5 days. For back-ordered or customized dresses, delivery takes 7-14 days.
• Shipping Liability: Once your order is shipped, the responsibility for the package transfers to Aramex. Any issues during shipping will be handled by them; however, we will be the ones following up with Aramex on your behalf to ensure a smooth process.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns: We do not accept returns unless there is a plausible cause, such as a quality issue (e.g., improper stitching or an obvious mistake in the dress construction).
• Refunds: Refunds are processed directly to your bank account after we have collected the dress from you.
• Exchanges: In case an issue was found on your dress, we offer you the choice to exchange your dress with one of the same design.

6. Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: The photos on our website were taken by us, and our logo was designed personally. Sharing our products is allowed and appreciated as a form of advertising. However, copying our designs, logo, and brand identity is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Batool Boutique is not responsible for any issues that arise which we did not directly cause. However, we guarantee a quality finish on all our dresses. If a dress is faulty due to issues like poor stitching or damaged fabric, we will exchange it for a properly finished dress.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
