What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your dress, but if you need to return or exchange it, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order for returns, and 7 days for exchanges. Dresses must be in their original condition, and not worn or altered. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the dress is not returned in its original form. Additionally, we charge return fees to cover the cost of dry cleaning and shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, domestic orders within Saudi Arabia take 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders may take longer. For back-ordered items, please allow up to 14 additional days for shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

Can I customize a dress?

Currently, we offer a range of pre-designed dresses and do not provide custom design services. However, if you have specific requests or need alterations, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

How do I care for my dress?

To keep your dress looking its best, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the garment’s label. Generally, we advise professional dry cleaning to maintain the quality and appearance of your dress.
